Worship Director
We are in search of a Worship Director for our McHenry Campus. The Worship Director must be a strong fit for this position with respect to their character, competence, connection, culture and commitment as defined by The Chapel. This person must exhibit the “Four Things We Are”: Authentic, Loving, Joyful, and Inspirational. In addition to being a professional-level musician this person must also be able to lead and develop others in a team-oriented enviornment.
This is a 20-hour, part-time position.

CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR
The Chapel's Hinsdale campus is seeking a Children's Director to oversee all facets of the children’s ministry (Infant to Grade 5). This includes contributing to and embracing the vision and direction set by the Central Ministry Team, then motivating all staff and volunteers towards the fulfillment of that vision. This person must provide excellent leadership, passionate and clear communication, excellent people skills, and the ability to manage staff (where applicable) and volunteers with grace. They must embody The Chapel’s culture by being Authentic, Loving, Joyful and Inspiring.
Average Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week with flexible office hours

Children's Director Job Description
CUSTODIAL TECHNICIAN
Be a part of the custodial team at our Libertyville campus. The general responsibilities of this position are to perform cleaning duties with an eye for detail. Due to the nature of this position the scheduling is flexible, based on the needs of the campus. Most cleaning will be done in the evenings on weekdays along with some weekends as determined by the Facility Manager. Special ministry events and holidays may require additional availability.
Average Hours: Part-time, 8-12 hours per week

ASSOCIATE CAMPUS PASTOR
We are in search of a strong partner for one of our Campus Pastors at The Chapel. The Associate Campus Pastor’s primary responsibility is developing community venues, connecting newcomers, and providing pastoral care for the campus.
Minimally, this person must be a strong fit for this position with respect to their character, competence, connection, culture and commitment as defined by The Chapel. The Associate Campus Pastor must exhibit the “Four Things We Are”: Authentic, Loving, Joyful, and Inspirational. We need a people magnet with great communication and administration skills, who has successfully developed others, and whose education and/or the equivalent experience aligns with the role.
This is a 40+ hour, full-time position.

Associate Campus Pastor Job Description
AREA LEADER
The Chapel's Grayslake Campus is seeking an Area Leader to oversee the Small Group Ministry at the campus. This person must demonstrate a contagious, growing love for God and others around them and will be responsible for identifying, leading and shepherding small group leaders.
Average Hours: Part-time (12-15 hours per week), Flexible office hours

YOUTH PASTOR
Oversee the execution of student ministries at two campuses of The Chapel. This includes recruiting and training a volunteer Student Ministries Team to implement the Student Ministries program at both campuses. This person must provide excellent leadership, clear communication, vision, direction, and motivation. They must embody The Chapel’s culture by being Authentic, Joyful, Inspiring, and Compassionate.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible office hours
