DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
The Director of Communications will be responsible for skillfully and creatively overseeing the church’s strategic communication, messaging, branding, identity and marketing. He or she will effectively lead a group of communication specialists to implement all elements of a comprehensive communication plan.

ASSOCIATE CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR
Our Grayslake campus has an opening for an Associate Children's Director. Develop and dynamically lead a core volunteer leadership team to effectively engage, teach, shepherd and inspire children to contagiously live for Jesus in a relevant, safe and fun environment. This person must be an inspiring and proven team builder as well as a strong, compassionate leader of leaders who champions the spiritual development of children through clear and compelling vision.

CUSTODIAL TECHNICIAN-PART TIME
We have an opening at our Libertyville campus for a Custodial Technician. This important ministry position is responsible for serving with volunteers and assisting in maintaining a safe, inviting, and clean facility, thus creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors to our campus.
This position is 8-12 hours per week (days, evenings and weekends). Please see the attached role description for more details.
The Grayslake campus is seeking a full-time Technical Director to manage the preparation and implementation of all weekend experiences and special events at the campus and must proactively lead, equip, recruit and shepherd ministry volunteers in the most efficient and strategic use of media and technologies; have a good grasp of current technology and be able to influence shaping the technical arts ministry; be responsible for providing reliable, consistent and the highest quality multimedia support as it relates to audio, video, lighting, stage design, graphics and projection systems; and execute and direct the pre-production, rehearsal and live production of weekend experiences and special events.

Campus Youth Pastor
The Chapel is seeking Campus Youth Pastors to lead both the high school (Edge) and junior high school (Zone) ministries at several of our campuses. For additional information regarding this full-time role, please refer to the role description below.
WORSHIP PASTOR-PART TIME
We are seeking part-time Worship Pastors to draw people into the presence of God through powerful worship. You will lead and shepherd campus worship teams and oversee all aspects of planning and execution in order to stay musically in line with the purpose of the ministry. This person must communicate effectively with worship team volunteers, and other volunteers that support the worship ministry, and contribute to the Central Worship creative process. Qualified candidates must submit a completed application for consideration.
