Campus Youth Pastor

The Chapel is seeking a Campus Youth Pastor for our Hinsdale campus. The Youth Pastor for Hinsdal will be expected to provide excellent leadership, clear communication, vision, direction, and motivation in addition to recruiting and training volunteers. Candidates must have a passion for guiding students into an explosive relationship with Jesus that impacts the world.

This position is a full-time, 40 hours per week roles.  Please see the attached role description for more details.

ASSOCIATE CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR

The Associate Children’s Director is responsible for developing and dynamically leading a core volunteer leadership team to effectively and infectiously engage, teach, shepherd and inspire children to contagiously live for Jesus in a relevant, safe and fun environment in the Early Childhood (birth to age 5) area of The Great Adventure (TGA). This person must be an inspiring and proven team builder as well as a strong, compassionate leader of leaders who champions the spiritual development of children through clear and compelling vision. This person must embody The Chapel’s culture by being Authentic, Loving, Joyful, and Inspiring.

Generations Pastor

The Generations Pastor is responsible for being the visionary leader for championing The Chapel’s various generations of ministries including Children (infant to 5th grade), Students (6th-12th grade) and Young Adults at all Chapel campuses while implementing an effective execution strategy that is in alignment with The Chapel’s overall vision and missional identity.

WORSHIP PASTOR

We are seeking a part-time Worship Pastor at our Palatine campus to draw people into the presence of God through powerful worship. In this role, the Worship Pastor will lead and shepherd campus worship teams and oversee all aspects of planning and execution in order to stay musically in line with the purpose of the ministry.  This person must communicate effectively with worship team volunteers and other volunteers that support the worship ministry and contribute to the Central Worship creative process.  Qualified candidates must submit a completed application for consideration. Additionally, a sample worship video is highly recommended.

Facility Team Tech

The Chapel is seeking a Facility Team Tech for our Libertyville campus. This person will be responsible for serving with volunteers and assisting in maintaining a safe, inviting, and clean facility. This role will also consist of performing and maintaining scheduled routine facility cleaning details and procedures ever week.

This position is 15-20 hours per week.  Please see the attached role description for additional details.

FACILITY MANAGER (PART TIME)

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee a Facilities Ministry team and being directly responsible for maintaining 1) the building structure, 2) campus grounds, 3) utility systems, 4) life safety systems and 5) equipment assets in a supervisory and hands-on manner in order to provide a safe, inviting, friendly and warm atmosphere for all visitors to our facilities while supporting the church staff in their ministry activities.

This position is located at our Palatine campus (12-16 hours per week).  Please see the attached role description for more details.
