We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Scott Chapman in his role as Senior Pastor of The Chapel.  We are looking for someone with a friendly and engaging personality and who is able to foster a warm, welcoming and encouraging environment.  This person should also possess excellent conversational and written communication skills and be comfortable in navigating tech, web and social media responsibilities. They must also have the natural ability to engender trust and maintain strict confidentiality.

This role is full-time, 32-hours per week and is located at our Grayslake campus.  Please see the attached role description for more details


This role involves championing Chapel-wide and Chapel Youth Ministry DNA and training Campus Youth Pastors to lead their campus-specific ministries.  You will develop, manage, and champion to successful completion the strategic plans and goals of Student Ministries.  This role also contextualizes Chapel culture into Student Ministry Culture and leads curriculum decisions, as well as the planning and production of events, retreat, and missions to support the Campus Youth Pastors.

This position is full-time, with flexible office hours and during Student Ministry events - 40+ hours per week.  It is located at our Libertyville campus.  Please see the attached role description for more details.


We have several openings at our Libertyville and Grayslake campuses for a Facility Team Tech.  This important ministry position is responsible for serving with volunteers and assisting in maintaining a safe, inviting, and clean facility, thus creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors to our campus.

This position varies in hours per week (days, evenings and weekends).  Please see the attached role description for more details.

Technical Director

We are seeking a full-time Technical Director to manage the preparation and implementation of all weekend experiences and special events at our campuses. You will proactively lead, equip, recruit and shepherd ministry volunteers in the most efficient and strategic use of media and technologies, have a good grasp of current technology and be able to influence shaping the technical arts ministry.  Also responsible for providing reliable, consistent and the highest quality multimedia support as it relates to audio, video, lighting, stage design, graphics and projection systems, and execute and direct the pre-production, rehearsal and live production of weekend experiences and special events.

This role is based at our Libertyville campus and reports to the Director of Weekends. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Todd Elliott, a leader in church production.

Campus Youth Pastor

The Chapel is seeking a Campus Youth Pastor for our  Libertyville campus.  You will provide excellent leadership, clear communication, vision, direction, and motivation in addition to recruiting and training volunteers. You must have a passion for guiding students into an explosive relationship with Jesus that impacts the world.

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.  Please see the attached role description for more details.


The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee a Facilities Ministry team and be directly responsible for maintaining 1) the building structure, 2) campus grounds, 3) utility systems, 4) life safety systems and 5) equipment assets in a supervisory and hands-on manner.  The goal of this position is to provide a safe, inviting, friendly and warm atmosphere for all visitors to our facilities while supporting the church staff in their ministry activities.

This position is located at our Barrington campus (12 hours per week).  Please see the attached role description for more details.


We are seeking a part-time Worship Pastor at our Barrington campus to draw people into the presence of God through powerful worship. You will lead and shepherd campus worship teams and oversee all aspects of planning and execution in order to stay musically in line with the purpose of the ministry.  This person must communicate effectively with worship team volunteers, and other volunteers that support the worship ministry, and contribute to the Central Worship creative process.  Qualified candidates must submit a completed application for consideration.
