At The Chapel, we believe in adoption. Adoption is a beautiful picture of what God has done for us by adopting us into his family, and throughout the Bible God commands us to take care of orphans. His command is very direct in James 1:27: “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress …” (NIV).
The Chapel’s adoption ministry provides encouragement and support for adoptive parents and potential adoptive parents through support groups and conferences. We also have a scholarship program to help Chapel attendees who want to adopt but might not be able to because of financial reasons.
