In order to best serve you, we want to ensure that we provide each woman with a trained small group leader for the study. Please register early and help us be as prepared as we can for you.
Kids Club will be available at a cost of $32. Registration must be completed and payment submitted by Feb. 1 to secure a spot for your child. For safety reasons as well as space limitations, Kids Club walk-ins the day of the study cannot be accommodated.
