As a part of serving at The Chapel we ask all of our volunteers to read our volunteer handbook and fill out a volunteer application. We appreciate your willingness to help us keep our children and volunteers safe and secure!
If you are serving anywhere, please fill out and read these documents:
Chapel Application for Adults
Volunteer Handbook
Under age 18? Please do not fill out the Adult Application above, but fill out the Chapel Application for Minors.
Children's Ministry:
If you're planning to serve in The Great Adventure (TGA), please follow the steps below. If you have questions or concerns please contact the Children’s Director for your campus. Thanks!
Step 1
ADULTS: Complete the Chapel Application for Adults and read the Chapel Volunteer Handbook.
MINORS: Complete the Chapel Application for Minors and read the Chapel Volunteer Handbook.
Step 2
ADULTS: Complete the Children’s Ministry Addendum and read the TGA Volunteer Handbook.
MINORS: Complete the Children’s Ministry Addendum and read the TGA Volunteer Handbook and the Volunteer Information: Student Volunteers and Jr. Helpers.
Step 3
ALL VOLUNTEERS: Turn in your completed paperwork to Volunteer Central and have your picture taken for your volunteer badge during The Great Adventure weekend experience at your campus.
Lake County Jail:
If you are interested in serving at the jail, please fill out the security clearance form, read the jail handbook and fill out a Chapel application if you haven't already. Each volunteer needs to be cleared by the jail and the Chapel before serving. Return completed forms to
